Properties are photographed as they are on the day of the session— while I’m always happy to make small adjustments on site, cleaning and staging are best handled beforehand to ensure your listing looks its very best.

Just as you bring care and intention into every transaction, we bring the same level of craft to every image. Edited images are typically delivered within two business days of your session.

Yes. Occupied homes are photographed regularly and can produce beautiful results with the right preparation. We’ll work around furniture arrangements and personal items as much as possible, and our Journal has tips for preparing an occupied home for photography to help make the process seamless.

We build a small buffer into every session for quick fixes, but significant delays may impact your scheduled time or require rescheduling. To make the most of your session, we recommend having the home fully prepared before we arrive, and strongly recommend doing a walkthrough a day or two before your shoot to ensure everything is on track to be ready in time.
