Frequently Asked Questions

  • A little preparation goes a long way. Before your session, ensure the home is clean, decluttered, and styled as you’d like it to appear in the listing. Blinds should be open and personal items should be tucked away. Whether lights are one or off is up to personal preference (I personally prefer off in most cases).

    Properties are photographed as they are on the day of the session— while I’m always happy to make small adjustments on site, cleaning and staging are best handled beforehand to ensure your listing looks its very best.

  • Just as you bring care and intention into every transaction, we bring the same level of craft to every image. Edited images are typically delivered within two business days of your session.

    Please reach out at the time of booking if you have a tight timeline and we will do our best to schedule for the quickest turnaround possible..

  • We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date. During busy seasons, availability can fill quickly, so earlier is alway better and you may need to book as much as 2-3 weeks out. If you have an urgent need, please contact us directly to discuss availability.

  • Yes. Occupied homes are photographed regularly and can produce beautiful results with the right preparation. We’ll work around furniture arrangements and personal items as much as possible, and our Journal has tips for preparing an occupied home for photography to help make the process seamless.

  • We build a small buffer into every session for quick fixes, but significant delays may impact your scheduled time or require rescheduling. To make the most of your session, we recommend having the home fully prepared before we arrive, and strongly recommend doing a walkthrough a day or two before your shoot to ensure everything is on track to be ready in time.

  • In most cases, yes— depending on availability and scheduling, although some services may require a separate visit.

  • Yes. We serve the greater Colorado Springs area and are available throughout Colorado. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Contact us for availability and pricing for your specific area.

  • Our 3D tours create an immersive, interactive walkthrough of a property that buyers can explore from anywhere. They are sent in the form of a link that is compatible with most MLS platforms and can be embedded on your website or shared directly with your clients.

  • Our floor plans are created for visual marketing purposes only and are intended to give buyers a sense of the layout and flow of a property. All floor plans include a disclaimer that measurements are approximate and should not be used for legal, financing, or construction purposes.

    Always verify MLS requirements in your market before submitting.

  • Gift cards are purchased through the store and are mailed to you in a small gift box, making them easy to present at closing or send directly to your client.
